The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days, and 10-15 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.

Packages undeliverable by USPS and/or their international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub. 

Damaged Items / Order Errors

If your order arrives with missing products, errors or damaged items, please email us at with your order number and an explanation of the issue. One of our customer service representatives will be in touch with you within two business days or sooner to make it right.

Return & Exchange Policy

We will accept returns on items that are purchased via unopened and unused within 30 days of purchase date for a refund. Please contact with your order number, reason for return and return tracking number. Send your product + the packing slip with the courier of your choice
